We are TOP3 manfuacturer in collapsible aluminum tube industry. We have complete production lines in factory, including tube extrusion, internal lacquering, external coating, offset printing and latex lining. Filling and sealing machines are also available for packaging. Custom production is acceptable to meet client’s needs! Our Aluminum tubes are made of high quality aluminum for tube and high quality PP for cap. All materials are new and professional for pharmaceutical package use. We never use re-used materials. Inside the tube, it is coated with a layer of Epoxy phenol-formaldehyde resin. This resin is a stable layer to separate cream/ointment contacting aluminum directly.
The diameter of the tube can be from 13.5mm to 40mm. This is subject to customer's choosing. Or we will suggest the size for customers. Printing is offseting printing with max. 6 colors. The normal screw cap,and special shape caps are available to select. The cap can also be with different colors.

In the production of the collapsible, It's almost 500 degrees high temperature sterilizing.
Our workshops were built in according to the construction requirements of GMP in pharmaceutical production. Our factory use clean central-station air handing units from internal coating to packaging workshop to ensure our production environment reach 100n thousand grade standard. The compressed air after strict purification treatment fully meet the production conditions of direct contact with pharmaceutical packaging materials.

We introduced several sets of production lines from PSG of German and Technopack of Italy, and equipped with technique of the mark one take on top sealed and tube shoulder, three take on internal coating, six colors printing and the latex at the end, etc which can meet requirements of kinds tube appearance for customers.
